Referrals are confidential and can be made by anyone, including professionals and concerned others.

Questions about treatment services and referrals for assessment or admission can be handled by contacting Clarion on Call at 1-800-253-4906.

The Center provides free, confidential assessments, evaluation, and level of care determination 24-hours a day seven days a week.
